Information we collect
When you contact us through our website, our chat widget, or the forms on our Facebook and Instagram ads, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address and the details of the service request, such as the services you are interested in, your preferred date and any photos or messages you include.
If you opt in to text messages through the chat widget on this website, we also keep a record of your mobile number, your consent, and the date and time you gave it.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiries, prepare and provide estimates, schedule services and communicate with you about your request or the work we perform for you. We do not sell or rent your information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, Coastal Clean Pros may send you text messages about your estimate request and appointments, service reminders, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Opting in is optional: the SMS consent checkbox in our chat widget is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or call or text 904-315-0838. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further texts.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in. The full SMS program terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number or SMS consent, and we never share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How we manage inquiries
We use third-party tools, Jobber and Zapier, to help us manage customer inquiries, and a customer messaging platform to run our chat widget and send text messages. When you submit a request, your information may be processed and stored by these services so we can track your request, send you a quote and stay in touch. These services process your information on our behalf to help us serve you, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. The chat widget may use cookies or similar browser storage to keep your conversation open while you browse. Our estimate form is embedded from Jobber, which loads its form directly from Jobber's website; that embedded form may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the form and protect against spam. We do not control the technologies Jobber uses on its own services.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and keep it only as long as we need it to serve you, or as the law requires.
Children
Our services and text messages are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to update or delete the information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the contact details below and we will take care of it. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
Changes to this policy
